Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Gift cards.

Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect item, or an error on our part, Kerixmall will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other resolution as appropriate.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with this policy.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused by the customer or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, any additional shipping, return shipping, customs duties, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
